We look at your business before we sell you anything.

Tell us what isn't working. We look at your whole business, not just your website, and tell you honestly where to start. Even when the answer is not a service we sell.

What we look at

A business that is short of customers doesn't always have a visibility problem. We follow the whole path, from the first contact to the customer who comes back. Each card links to a guide in French.

  1. Where your customers come fromHow many people find you, which way they come, and which ones slip past you. (in French)
  2. Why they buy, or don'tWhat happens between the first question and the sale: how fast you reply, your offer, your prices, your follow-up. (in French)
  3. What you keep from each saleYour prices, your costs, your discounts and the time you don't bill for. (in French)
  4. Whether they come backWhat your customers experience after they buy, and what makes them come back or recommend you. (in French)
  5. Where your time goesThe tasks you repeat, the things that always have to go through you, the things that could run on their own. (in French)
  6. How people see you onlineGoogle Business Profile, reviews, website, WhatsApp: what a customer sees before contacting you. (in French)

Two levels, depending on what you need

For every business

The first look

Free

  • You describe your situation to us on WhatsApp, in a few words.
  • We look at what can be seen from the outside: Google Business Profile, reviews, website, social media, how people contact you.
  • You get, in writing, the priorities we see, what you can do yourself, and what would need help.

When it's worth it

The in-depth audit

Agreed together

  • Together, we look at what can't be seen from the outside: numbers, offer, prices, follow-up on requests, organization.
  • It takes time on both sides, so we agree beforehand, in writing, on what we look at, the timeline and any price.
  • You leave with a clear plan, in order, whether you carry it out with us or not.

Our rules

  • If you don't need us, we tell you. Sometimes the right answer is a setting, a message or a price change.
  • We recommend what you need, even if we are not the ones doing it. If it is someone else's line of work, we point you to them.
  • When a small thing can be fixed in a few minutes, we show you how. No quote needed for that.
  • What you show us stays between us. Your numbers are only used to answer you.

The situations we see most often (guides in French)

These guides are written in French. Each one gives you the questions to ask yourself and what you can do yourself this week. There is also specific advice by type of business (restaurant, café, shop, salon, tradesperson…), also in French.

Frequently asked questions

Is the first look really free?

Yes, for every business, with no commitment. You describe your situation to us on WhatsApp, we look at what can be seen from the outside and we send you, in writing, the priorities we see. What you do with them is up to you.

What if my problem has nothing to do with digital?

We still look at it. A lack of customers can come from your prices, your offer, how you follow up on requests or how you are organized. We tell you what we see, even if the solution is not a service we sell, and we point you to the right person if it is not our line of work.

What do I need to prepare?

Nothing is required. A few words about what you do and what isn't working are enough. If you have simple numbers (customers per month, sales, prices of your main products), they help us go further.

Which countries do you work with?

With businesses all over the world, remotely, on WhatsApp. We mainly work with France, Belgium, Switzerland, Québec, the Maghreb (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia), French-speaking Africa and the Gulf countries (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman). We talk in French, English or Arabic, Darija included.

When do I need an in-depth audit?

When the cause can't be seen from the outside: then we need to look at your numbers, the way you work and your offer with you. That takes time on both sides, so we agree beforehand, in writing, on what we look at, the timeline and any price.
